Mid-Atlantic ACB Affiliate Convention
with people you want to reach in one place
Consistently, in convention evaluations, participants remark that meeting with exhibitors is at or close to the top of their list of reasons for attending. On Saturday, the sessions will focus on issues for which your products and services are the solutions. The convention schedule has been designed to allow participants multiple opportunities to visit your booth.

The Mid-Atlantic ACB Affiliate Convention is offering several attractive opportunities for you to get your name and products in front of loyal and potential customers. Designating your company or organization as the sponsor of one of the convention events, renting an exhibit table, advertising in the convention program as well as donating door prizes and auction items are all great ways to increase market share.

Any surplus will be used to forward our on-going work of supporting people who are blind and visually impaired in their efforts to live independent, productive and fulfilling lives.

Each table is
approximately six feet long. The Exhibit Area will be open Friday evening
from 5:00 – 7:00 and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
The cost for each table is $125 for vendors and $50 for ACB
affiliates. You are also invited to
the Friday evening reception.
Convention Program serves as a resource of product and service providers to
convention attendees long after the weekend meetings are over. The
Program is made available in Large Print, Braille, and Electronic formats.

our advocacy and support work for people who are blind and visually impaired is
dependent upon private fundraising (we do not apply for government
